Water tap placement

The plan is to install additional piping to several spots in the Pūriri, Terrace, and Kāuri gardens for the filling of water cans. These additional taps will be serviced by additional piping from the soon-to-be-installed water tanks next to the road/parks.

 

As you will see in these photos, one line of pipe will cross the entrance footpath and run around the Pūriri garden's eastern boundary. This pipe will have three additional taps along its length, two in Pūriri and one in the Terrace garden.

 

The fourth tap earmarked for installation at this stage is for the Kāuri garden, which crosses the entrance pathway from the back wall of the greenhouse past the Kauri tree.
